A huge thank you to Trillian Trust for their generous support of our 2025 Matatā Leadership Camp! 
Thanks to their contribution towards bus hireage, 180 of our Māori students, teachers and parents were able to spend a transformative week at Ngāti Umutahi Marae and Ngāti Rangitihi marae, immersed in Te Ao Māori, developing leadership skills, and strengthening their cultural identity.
From 4:30am starts, to phone-free days filled with wānanga, waiata, and whakawhanaungatanga – our rangatahi returned home more confident, connected, and ready to lead. For many whānau facing financial barriers, this support made all the difference in ensuring their tamariki could participate in this life-changing kaupapa.
