If your child is going to be absent you need to ring the attendance line 09 268 3958 and leave a message. Attendance is taken on a daily basis – class by class so if you receive a text from us that your child is absent from school this means they have been marked absent for the majority of the day. Please RING us if you have any concerns about your child’s attendance. We are keen to have students attending school on a regular basis and are happy to discuss how this might be achieved if you are experiencing any issues in this area.

You must report to reception in the first instance. Please sign in on VisTab and inform the receptionist of who you are meeting with and the time of your meeting. We will notify the right people of your arrival.
Parents and whānau
PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THE CHILDS CLASS OR WALK AROUND THE SCHOOL DURING SCHOOL HOURS.
You must come to reception if you wish to sign your child out of school early. Students are released to authorised parents/caregivers/whānau only, that are listed on the students school profile on our database. If your child is unaware they are being picked up before school ends at 3pm, please be prepared to wait while we locate your child and have them come to the office.
It is best practice to phone the school well in advance if you have an appointment for your child that you wish to be on time for.
