Level 1 Accounting

Students are to complete the student workbook on the standard 90982 Demonstrating understanding of cash management for a small entity topic. The assessment for this internal standard will take place when we are back at school, probably last week of May.

Once finished this students can study std 90978 “Prepare financial statements for sole proprietors” through iQualify.

Material has also been uploaded on Google classroom and iqualify.

Level 2 Accounting

Students are to complete the student workbook on the standard 329 Process financial information for cash transactions for an entity topic. The assessment for this internal standard (if not done already) will take place when we are back at school, probably last week of May.

Once finished this students can study std 91176 “Prepare financial information for an entity that operates accounting subsystems through” iQualify.

Students are required to work on their internal achievement standard 91405 “Demonstrate understanding of accounting for partnerships”. The assessment for this internal standard will take place when we are back at school, probably last week of May.

Once finished this students can study std 91408 “Demonstrate understanding of management accounting to inform decision making” through” iQualify.

Business Studies

Level 1 Business Studies

Students are to complete the student workbook on the standard 1978 “Describe basic employment rights and responsibilities, and sources of information and/or assistance” topic. The assessment for this internal standard will take place when we are back at school, probably last week of May.

Once finished this students can study Standard 90837 “Internal Features of a Small Business” through iQualify.

Students are required to work on their internal achievement standard 91382 “Develop Marketing Plan for a new or existing product” The cover page should have already been emailed to Mr King for approval.

The completion date for this internal standard will be when we are back at school, probably last week of May. So start emailing your work to Mr King (s.king@jchs.school.nz) so he can help you comment on your drafts to date.

Students are to complete pages 46 – 87 of the student workbook on the Demand topic that they have been working on. Mrs Chand will guide and help you through the scheduled Zoom meetings Mondays and Wednesdays. Material has also been uploaded on Google classroom and iqualify. Level 2 Economics

Students are required to work through the student learning workbook on US 24699 ( make an informed decision relating to personal income and explain its impacts). Mrs Chand will guide and help you through the scheduled Zoom meetings on Mondays and Wednesdays. Once we have completed this Topic we will move to the next topic which is our External Topic – Inflation. Material has also been uploaded on Google classroom and iqualify. Level 3 Economics

Students are required to work through the student learning workbook on US 10347 ( demonstrate Knowledge of the development of the New Zealand Legal System). Mrs Chand will guide and help you through the scheduled Zoom meetings on Mondays and Fridays. Once we have completed this Topic we will move to the next topic which is our External Topic – 91403.
